14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Free Returns on Regular Priced Items
Items purchased at regular price are eligible for free returns within 14 days of delivery.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount can still be returned within 14 days, however the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@paduche.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
